Truffle salsa, prepared with mushrooms, white mushrooms 14%, summer truffles 5%, Aragon olive paste and extra virgin olive oil. All ingredients are from Spain – truffles from Teruel, mushrooms from Castile and Leon, Andalusian oil.
We prepare the puree while keeping the pieces of mushrooms to recognize the product in risottos, fillings, pasta, croquettes. Use the sauce to achieve the maximum flavor and balance of the ingredients used.
Recommended dosage: one teaspoon per serving in the recipe.
