Caviar is carefully selected for the size, shape and color of caviar. Judging by the taste, the eggs are tender, clean and slightly salty.
The taste of caviar has a special, unusual silky texture, and its shell is incredibly delicate, ready to immediately dissolve in the mouth, in the slightest collision. Life of eggs is up to 6 months
In addition to carefully selecting each caviar, we decided to add a little more salt so that the caviar had a more revealed brackish content. Natural taste of caviar and 3% salt prolong the freshness of caviar until 3 months of storage.
The birthplace of black truffle in Spain is the city of Sarrion, whose farm is located. The local truffle has an extensive taste palette that features notes of pepper, muscat, black radish and fried dried fruit. Just a couple of drops of truffle essence in a concoction with delicate black caviar reveal an extraordinary range of flavours.
