White wine from Montilla-Moriles region made from Pedro Ximénez grapes. The wine spent eight months under flor yeast, followed by three months in sherry casks. The result: just 800 bottles of exceptional wine.
The aroma combines sea freshness with wild flower notes. Light touches of almond and fresh bread complete the composition. The taste is lively and rich: with salinity and invigorating acidity. Hints of white peach and ripe juicy pear shine through.
