A unique opportunity to experience the taste of real fresh red caviar from the natural reserves of Norway. This is a natural product from our northern colleagues who are engaged in salmon breeding.
The caviar of adult salmon. Immediately after the extraction, the eggs are selected manually and they are classified according to the size and maturity of each roe. Then the caviar is immersed for a short time in liquid salt to obtain the necessary degree of salinity and after packaging, it is sent to us in thermal boxes.
