Description

Tuna is a large marine fish of the mackerel family. Smoked tuna has a delicate, soft, protein flavor with a smoky and smoked aroma. Can be served as a stand-alone order or as part of a salad, bruschetta or fish soup.

Tuna meat has a characteristic non-fishy taste, for which the French nicknamed it “fishy veal”.
