DELIVERY AND PAYMENT 
Spain – 1-2 working days (we ship from Monday to Friday inclusive) / possibility of delivery on Saturday.
Balearic Islands – 2 working days (we ship from Monday to Friday inclusive) / possibility of delivery on Saturday.
Portugal – 1-2 working days (we ship from Monday to Friday inclusive) / possibility of delivery on Saturday.
France – 2 working days (we ship from Monday to Wednesday inclusive).
Other European countries – 2 working days (we ship from Monday to Wednesday inclusive).
Spain and Portugal — Discount of 13 € on delivery for orders equal to or exceeding 200 €.
For orders below this amount, the cost of delivery is automatically calculated depending on the number of boxes and weight.
Balearic Islands — Discount of 20 € on delivery for orders equal to or exceeding 300 €.
For orders below this amount, the cost of delivery is automatically calculated depending on the number of boxes and weight.
France — Discount of 26 € on delivery for orders equal to or exceeding 250 €.
For orders below this amount, the cost of delivery is automatically calculated depending on the number of boxes and weight.
The minimum order amount to France is 90€.
Other European countries — Discount up to 50 € to delivery for orders equal to or exceeding 300 €.

You can pay by credit card – we accept all cards except American Express, as well as payments through PayPal.
In Spain and Portugal, it is possible to pay in cash to the courier.
In case of a return:
– Refunds are processed within a maximum of 5 working days.
– We will refund you in the same way you paid (except for cash on delivery, in which case you will need to provide a bank account number for the transfer).
Delivery is usually from 9am to 2pm. Please note that couriers do not speak Russian.
Delivery is only made on working days. In Spain, there is an option for Saturday delivery.
