This wine consists of 90 percent Bobal grapes, which is rightfully one of the three best Spanish varieties for the production of red wines. The entire winery is allocated just over one hectare, located in Utiel Requena. This area (comarca) in Spain is part of the province of Valencia as part of the Autonomous Community of Valencia. Unique and rare 90-year-old vines produce a production of 3,200 bottles. The wine is aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, which makes it truly unforgettable thanks to the aromas of ripe black and red fruits on a balsamic background with hints of shrubs, a truly unique blend for true connoisseurs.
