Each batch is crafted individually for every client, following the Malossol recipe, without preservatives and with minimal salt content. During the Christmas season, the caviar is produced exclusively in the week preceding Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, ensuring an exceptionally fresh product, practically straight from the fish farm. As part of this unique experience, the client will receive visual material documenting the selection and production of their own caviar — a true testament to transparency and craftsmanship.
