Smoked salmon on alder chips, frozen using blast freezing, preserving all useful microelements.

Salmon has a uniform, dense consistency, a beautiful pink-orange color, with a hint of smoke, a pleasant taste and smoky aroma. After smoking, the smoked salmon fillet is cleaned of bones and skin.

 

Smoked salmon fillets are packed in vacuum bags, the contents of the bag vary between 250 g.
