A pack of frozen sturgeon steaks with a total weight of 1000 g. Each pack contains 5–6 individual steaks.
The steaks are delivered frozen, making them convenient to store and allowing you to use only the portions you need.
Sturgeon is suitable for baking in the oven, grilling or pan-frying. Its meat has a firm yet tender texture and pairs well with vegetables, creamy sauces and citrus-based sauces.
